Agility is a world renowned sport of which the South African team is the current world champions.  It is a series of obstacles that the dog must overcome within a time frame. A clear round and the fastest time wins.

We meet for agility practice regularly on Saturday afternoons at our Empangeni venue. Please email us should you be interested in joining this exciting sport.

After much hard work and saving money, the club is proud to boast ownership of a complete set of contact and non-contact agility equipment.

You do not have to complete an Obedience course to take part in Agility.  The only cost involved is a R100 annual membership fee, and we insist on proof of your dogs vaccinations. We would love to see more members of the public (and their dogs) at Agility. It is wonderful exercise for dog and owner, and your dogs will relish the simulation.  All you need is lots of energy and a sense of humour.

If you take part in Agility, it is considered correct Agility etiquette, to help unpack equipment as well as pack away.

Senior Agility takes place after Beginners’ or whenever one of the seniors’ organize an informal practice.  For any further enquiries contact us via the website.
